​Yoga

Our 8-day Surf & Yoga Package offers an excellent detailed introduction to Hatha Flow & Yin yoga, ideal for all levels. Morning sessions by the sea boost energy and balance, while afternoon sessions take place at our property on our sea-view yoga deck. Enhance your nervous system, balance your body & mind, and strengthen your lymphatic system. Note: No yoga on Mondays or Thursday afternoons, allowing you time for other activities or Lisbon exploration. Join your first yoga class on your arrival date in the late afternoon, if not on a Monday or Thursday.

Morning Hatha Flow Yoga

Start your day with energizing Morning Hatha Flow Yoga by the sea. Led by our expert instructors, you'll enhance strength, flexibility, and mental focus. Suitable for all levels, no prior experience needed. In case of bad weather, we'll use a yoga studio.​

​Afternoon Yin Yoga

Experience soothing outdoor Afternoon Yin Yoga. We'll guide you through deep, floor-level postures held for 2-5 minutes, enhancing flexibility and healing energy. Suitable for all. In case of bad weather, we'll use a yoga studio.

​Guided Meditation Hike

Every Monday & Thursday afternoon we organize a Guided Meditation hike down to the beautiful national beach of Praia da Ursa. Here we will practice meditation right on the sand with peaceful surroundings, light snacks, and wine to finish. It's sure to be a highlight of your stay! This activity is not included in your package price. 

​​Massages

Our in-house trained masseuse and her team will pamper your body with a relaxing massage. Their expertise guarantees a truly blissful experience that lingers. You'll find these massages to be pure heaven! Massages can be booked at check-in at an additional charge, depending on availability. 

​Surf Lessons & Unlimited SurfBoard Rental

Join our morning Surf lesson after breakfast. Certified instructors make learning enjoyable and our location offers great waves almost daily. Your package includes 5 surf lessons and the option to borrow surfboards during specified hours at the nearby surf beach. Additional lessons can be booked on-site for an extra fee.

​Evening Activities

We host various evening activities throughout the week, including Portuguese Tapas & Wine nights, seafood & vegetarian BBQ nights, and sourdough pizza & wine nights. These events are designed to foster a sense of community and connection among our guests. These dinners are scheduled 4-5 evenings per week and all these dinners are optional extras.

 ​Accommodation & Breakfast

Our 7-night packages include either a comfy custom-designed bunk bed with personal amenities like USB charging points, reading light, shelf, and lockable space, or a private double/twin room. Enjoy a delicious breakfast with fresh bread, fruits, yogurts, and a variety of options, including homemade hummus, jams, muesli, nuts, cheeses, chorizo, eggs, soy milk, and hot dishes that change daily. Sip energy teas or try eco-friendly Nespresso coffee pods while basking in the morning sun at our garden dining area.

​Extras

Of course, you can also book extras such as extra days, surf or SUP lessons, SUP yoga, rock climbing, massages, airport transfers, and guided hikes in addition to this package after you have arrived. 

​Yoga Schedule & Arrival

You can participate in our daily yoga classes during your stay, with sessions offered twice a day, except all day Monday and Thursday afternoons, when we host guided meditation hikes instead. You can join your first afternoon yin yoga class on your arrival day which is typically scheduled to begin between 3 pm - 5 pm or the following morning ( if it's not a Monday ). Please note that unused yoga classes are non-refundable.

​Sunday Arrivals

Your first yoga class is typically scheduled to begin between 3 pm - 5 pm. If you miss this class, your first yoga session will be on Tuesday morning, as we do not have yoga scheduled on Mondays.
